These Terms and Conditions govern your use of JetBlue Virtual Crew Center. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must authenticate through Discord to access protected features.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account/session.
• You must provide accurate information and keep profile details up to date.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit fraudulent, misleading, or abusive flight records.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, privilege escalation, or service disruption.
• Do not use the platform in violation of applicable laws or JetBlue Virtual policies.

Content and Data

• You retain ownership of data you submit.
• You grant JetBlue Virtual permission to process submitted data for JetBlue Virtual operations.
• Administrative staff may review and moderate submitted records.

Roles, Permissions, and Enforcement

• Access to features is controlled by role/permission assignments.
• JetBlue Virtual may suspend or limit access for policy breaches or security risk.
• Administrative decisions on moderation and operational integrity are final.

Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JetBlue Virtual and its administrators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these terms, security concerns, or misuse of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
